Georgia is a non-judicial foreclosure state. Anyone and everyone can foreclose on you if you live in GA. The Judges create new laws, just for your case. Why not? They know that you getting the Georgia Supreme Court is damned near as hard to get to as the United States Supreme Court. When a Court only accepts around 1% of the cases that make it to the Justices to be voted on, there is not too good a chance that your case will be the one out of each 100 cases that get that far.
